Social media influencer and brand model most prominent for her inspirational content posted on her amazingabigailgrace Instagram account. As a young child, she was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy medical condition. In 2021, she was hired by Target to model their children's clothes as well as the Stellar NYC modeling agency.

Her parents first created her Instagram account in March 2017. Her inaugural Instagram post was a photo dedicated to National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day.

At the age of 7 years, she gained the ability to walk for the first time. During an August 17, 2022 Instagram video, her parents posted a video of her getting rid of her walker. She received over 8 million views on that post.

She lives with her mom Emily Meagher , dad, and siblings in Delaware. She is the oldest of three children.

During an August 26, 2022 Instagram video with her family, she featured the song "Carrying Your Love" by David Morris .
