ABOUT ADEOLA FAYEHUN

YouTube personality and journalist best known as the host of Keeping It Real With Adeola, a satirical news show dealing with the latest in African politics. She uploads the show to her eponymous YouTube channel, which has grown to 800,000 subscribers.

She moved to the United States at age 19, earning a Bachelor's degree in mass communications and journalism from Olivet College.

She received the Excellence In Journalism For Democracy Award from the Ethiopian Satellite News Network in 2014.

She is the youngest of six children.

She interviewed former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan in 2013.
