ABOUT ALEC VöLKEL
German singer known for his work with the country rock band The BossHoss. He formed the band with Sascha Vollmer and Michael Frick in 2004. Their debut album, Internashville Urban Hymns, dropped in 2005.
Before founding The BossHoss, he was in a heavy metal band that opened for Rammstein .
He was a coach on the first three seasons of The Voice Germany. He won second place on the third season of The Masked Singer.
He and his wife Johanna have two children.
He and his bandmates in The BossHoss recorded a cover of "Hot In Herre" by Nelly .
