He appeared early in his career in a 2000 episode of Todo por amor.
He provided voiceover work for the 2005 animated film, Imaginum.
He was born in Mexico City. His sister Danny Perea is an actress.
He co-starred with Martin Sheen in the 2009 film, The Kid: Chamaco.
