Blogger known for writing the food-focused blog Alexandra's Kitchen. Her blog has been recognized by The New York Times, Saveur, Bon Appetit, Fine Cooking, Goop, Food52, Domaine Home and The Huffington Post. In 2017, she released a cook book titled Bread Toast Crumbs. She has earned more than 1 million followers on her alexandracooks account.

After college, she attended cooking school in Philadelphia. She then spent five years working in catering and restaurant kitchens.

She loves eating and making bread. She spent two years at Fork restaurant in Philadelphia, first as a prep cook and ultimately as the sous chef.

She lived in upstate New York with her husband and four children.
