Hair stylist best known as the older sister of Instagram sensation Stassiebaby . She would earn more than 120,000 followers on a personal Instagram account.

Her family became friends with the Jenner's, which in turn led her sister to gain Instagram fame.

She created a hair styling only Instagram account called hairbyalexiaa but rarely used it. Her new Instagram account is more personal. It features posts of her visiting the beach and one where her boyfriend is proposing to her.

She is of Greek descent. She got engaged to her partner Bash on November 22, 2022. In July 2023, they revealed they were expecting their first child together. On February 7, 2024, they welcomed their daughter, Sofia Ana Lora.

Her younger sister previously dated Sam Wilkinson .
