AllSport CrossFit athlete turned Instagram star who shares her workouts with her 80,000 followers and counting. She has been a CrossFit Regional individual competitor since 2014.

She was a gymnast growing up. She signed up for her first CroffFit class in 2013.

She took first place at the Fittest Games in 2015.

She has been working towards her Ph.D in math at Rice University in Houston.

She and Rich Froning Jr. are both CrossFit athletes and champions.
