ABOUT ALICE ZASLAVSKY
Author and Culinary Correspondent for ABC News Breakfast and ABC Radio nationally who is known for co-hosting Shortcuts to Glory on ABC and SBS. Her second book, "In Praise of Veg" was awarded the 2021 ABIA for Best Illustrated Non-Fiction.
In 2015, she published her first book, "Alice's Food A-Z."
She served time as The Weekly Review's Food Editor to a circulation of 630,000 homes across Melbourne, and has been a regular contributor for such publications as Good Food, The Guardian and Broadsheet.
She and her husband Nick have a daughter named Hazel.
She has interviewed guests such as Rick Stein , Yotam Ottolenghi , and Nigella Lawson .
