She attended college for two years before finding it didn't fit her personality. She then began working at a west Hollywood salon to become a makeup artist.

She launched a partnered beauty line called KKWxAllison under Kim Kardashian's KKW BEAUTY label. She has repped Dixie D'Amelio and Emma Chamberlain for Blended Strategy Group.

Her dad is entertainment legend Irving Azoff . Her mom Shelli has also represented celebrities.

She has been manager to Jennifer Lopez and Christina Aguilera .
