ABOUT ALYSSA WAPANATâHK

Cree First Nations actress, writer and filmmaker from the Treaty 8 Territory who is best known for her roles as Tiger Lily in Peter Pan & Wendy and as Lizzo in Riverdale .

She began her acting career in television short films in 2018.

In 2019, she directed the short film Napes-Kasêkipatwât - The Boy & The Braid. Her wapanatahk Instagram account has garnered 10,000 followers. She posts career highlights and photos of herself in her daily life doing things such as attending powwows and spending time with family.

She and her husband have a daughter together. She worked closely with her grandmother Margaret to encapsulate the character of Tiger Lily.

She starred alongside Alexander Molony and Ever Anderson in the movie Peter Pan & Wendy.
