Actor known to TV audiences for his role as Aram Mojtabai on the hit crime drama The Blacklist . In movies, he is most famous for roles like Mr. Shah in 2007's Oscar-nominated The Visitor.
He graduated from Columbia University and began his acting career as an extra on the soap opera Guiding Light in 2003.
He has also appeared in Off-Broadway plays like Aftermath and the musical Queens Boulevard.
Both of his parents are doctors.
He began co-starring with actor James Spader on NBC's The Blacklist in 2013.
