ABOUT ANDRE JACKSON

Collegiate shooting guard that began playing basketball at the University of Connecticut . Following his 2022 season, he was named a member of the Big East All-Academic team. He posts updates from his basketball career on his popular andrejackson5 Instagram page.

He is a high school graduate of Albany Academy. While there, he played in three straight Class A Federation Tournament of Champions finals.

He shot 90 percent from the free-throw line as a freshman at UCONN. He is only one of few freshmen ever in program history to achieve this feat.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Amsterdam, New York. He is the oldest of three siblings.

He played college basketball at UCONN just like Ray Allen .
