Andrew Peters
ABOUT ANDREW PETERS
Former professional hockey player known as a member of the American Hockey League's Rochester Americans and the Ontario Hockey League's Oshawa Generals and Kitchener Rangers.
He began his junior hockey career playing with the Georgetown Raiders hockey club in Ontario, Canada.
In 2005, he admitted to the use of the steroid Androstenedione early in his career before the drug was banned by the Food and Drug Administration.
While playing for the Rochester Americans, he got into an on-ice fight with his brother and fellow hockey player Geoff Peters.
In 2008, he was suspended for an altercation with New York Rangers player Colton Orr .
