ABOUT ANGELA VISSER
Dutch beauty queen and actress who rose to fame after winning Miss Universe 1989. She went on to have a successful career in acting, landing roles in a number of popular American television shows throughout the 1990s. Her television credits include Beverly Hills, 90210 , Baywatch , Boy Meets World , and USA High.
She was crowned Miss Holland in 1988.
She was preceded by Bui Simon as the Miss Universe titleholder. She won all three of the semi-finals competitions at the Miss Universe 1989 pageant.
She and her husband, Phil Missig, have a daughter named Amelie Rose.
She and Kristen Miller worked together on the cast of USA High.
