Her professional career started in 2004 when she graduated with a bachelor's degree in art, though she had been illustrating since childhood.

Her work has been featured in Ballistic Publishing, Apple, Android, and Addicting Games. She came in 1st place for "Celestial Muse" at the Dragon*Con Art show in 2011.

She founded the Gallery Gerard with her husband Justin in November 2013.
