ABOUT ANTONY ALDA
Writer, director, and star of The Role of a Lifetime. He also played the role of Johnny Corelli on the popular soap opera Days of Our Lives.
He grew up in a show business family and spent his summers working behind the scenes on Broadway productions in which his father and half-brother were performing.
He appeared in seven films, including Melvin and Howard, for which actress Mary Steenburgen won an Academy Award.
His father, Robert Alda , was a renowned film and stage actor, and his half-brother, Alan Alda , was immortalized as Hawkeye Pierce in the television series M*A*S*H.
He and actress Molly Burnett both appeared on Days of Our Lives.
