ABOUT ARASH HASHEMI

Entrepreneur, businessman, online content creator, social media personality, and Instagram star who co-founded Kaizen Food Company with his wife. He created Shred Happens, a digital platform about healthy eating. His content features low-carb, high-protein, and Mediterranean food.

He lived in Tehran from the age of three to ten. He then lived in Canada until he was 13 years old. In 2000, he and his family moved to the United States.

He worked at GE and was accepted into its Financial Management Program. He documented his weight loss journey online, losing a total of over 100 pounds. He has amassed more than 4.2 million followers on his Arash Hashemi Instagram account.

In 2017, he and his wife Madalina created a low-carb dried pasta.

He and Mayra Wendolyne are both known for promoting low-carb diets.
