ABOUT ARINZE STANLEY EGBE

Illustrator and artist who is known for his hyperrealistic portraits in black and white. He found a following on the web by posting progress pictures, final products, and close ups of his large scale works to Instagram.

He first began drawing realistic portraits at the age of six. His family owned a paper business which allowed him to creatively express himself. He is self taught and follows his principle of the three P's: patience, practice, and persistence.

In addition to his art, he graduated from Imo State University with a Bachelors in Agricultural engineering.

He was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria.

He posted a picture with fellow realism artist Chuck Close to his Instagram in December of 2017.
