Known as Lt./Capt./Cmdt. Mauser in the second and third installments of the Police Academy franchise. He also had roles in films such as the original The Heartbreak Kid and Warhead.
He debuted in 1961 in the film Rocket Attack U.S.A. and had early television guest spots on Ironside and Bewitched.
He attempted to sue the people behind the animated series Family Guy for copyright infringement.
