ABOUT ARTURO COELLO

Arturo Coello Manso, born March 8, 2002, in Mojados, Spain, is a professional padel player recognized as one of the sport's rising stars. As of the end of 2023, he holds the #1 position in both the World Padel Tour (WPT) and FIP rankings. A left-footed athlete, Arturo plays on the right side, with his current partner, Agustín Tapia, on his left.

Growing up in the small village of Mojados in Valladolid, Arturo started playing padel at a young age, quickly excelling in junior categories. His debut on the World Padel Tour came in 2019 with Alberto Rea as his partner. By the year 2020, he gained recognition playing alongside Iván Ramírez Del Campo.

Standing at 1.90m, Arturo's height contributes to his dominance in offensive plays and his ability to execute powerful smashes, making him a formidable opponent. His aggressive style and tactical precision have earned him acclaim in both the World Padel Tour and Premier Padel circuits.

Arturo has a private family life.

Arturo has partnered with several notable players, including Fernando Belasteguín and  Agustín Tapia, and continues to solidify his legacy in the sport. His record-breaking achievements highlight his position as a trailblazer in professional padel.
