ABOUT ASHLEY ‘TWIST’ GLAZEBROOK-DURBIDGE

Half of the dance duo "Twist and Pulse". He is best known for his street dancing with his other half "Pulse", also known as Glen Murphy . On Instagram, he has more than 150,000 followers on his account ashleytwistglazebrook, where he posts about his personal life as well as upcoming dance events.

He began to show an interest in dance while in secondary school and joined a local street dance group, performing at events such as the Streetdance Weekend UK Championships and the World Hip Hop Championships in Las Vegas. He met Glen at the BRIT School of Performing Arts and Technology, where they were both studying for a BTEC National Diploma in dance.

Twist and Pulse earned a Guinness World Record for the most synchronized moves done in 30 seconds, with 130 moves. In 2012, Twist and Pulse presented and performed at every date of the 70-day Olympic Torch Relay Tour, as well as at the basketball, badminton, and volleyball events at the London 2012 Summer Olympics.

He married his husband, Liam Durbidge, in September 2024 and added his partner's last name to his own. They have a daughter together.

He has competed on " Britain's Got Talent: The Champions" and received a golden buzzer from Alesha Dixon .
