ABOUT AVA BRIGLIA

Actress who rocketed to fame after she was cast in the title role of Matilda the Musical on Broadway. She later earned the role of Summer in School of Rock the Musical.

She began her career in regional theatre productions of shows like Gypsy and other musicals. She made her Broadway debut in 2016 in Matilda.

Outside of her stage work, she made her screen debut in the 2015 short film Sisters.

Her older sister, Beada, acted as Hortensia in Matilda the Musical prior to her own debut. She also has an older brother named Daniel. Her mother's name is Laura.

Oona Laurence has also starred as the title character on Matilda the Musical on Broadway.
