ABOUT AZIZ SATTAR
Movie actor and director best known for his work in Malaysian black-and-white films of the 1950s and '60s. After appearing in the 1959 film, Pendekar Bujang Lapok, he played a role in Sumpah Wanita.
He was born in Indonesia and moved with his family to Singapore at the age of three.
He was only in school until the age of eleven. From age ten on, he worked as a wedding and special event performer.
He was married three times: first, to Siti Rumina Ahmad; next, to Dayang Sofiah, and finally, in 2006, to Hashimah Delan.
He was a contemporary of Malaysian-born British actress Dulcie Gray .
