ABOUT BEDROS KEUILIAN

Armenian-American entrepreneur, founder of Fit Body Boot Camp, and business coach. He has 9,000 followers on Twitter and 950,000 on Instagram.

In high school, he transformed himself from a fat kid to a fit healthy sophomore. In his 20s, he worked as a personal trainer, a bouncer, and a fry cook at Disneyland. He opened his own gym and soon started franchising them out.

He goes to bed every night at ten, turns off his phone, and is awake by five in the morning. He never uses the snooze button because when you use it, "you're telling your mind subconsciously that your dreams and goals aren't that important and can wait."

He was born in Armenia when it was part of the Soviet Union. His father worked as a tailor for communist party officials. He and his family emigrated to the US when he was six. His wife Diana is also a personal trainer. They have two children.
