Actor, producer, and activist famous for his extensive list of acting credits, including the role of Simon Drake on the series How to Get Away with Murder and Amir on the Showtime series The Chi . He also introduced the role of Abe in the play Disgraced, which won a Pulitzer Prize and was nominated for a Tony Award. His behzaddabu Instagram account currently hosts 10,000 followers and features comedic content relevant to working in the entertainment industry and photos of his personal life.

He earned a BFA in acting from Columbia College Chicago. He also worked as the school's Senior International Admissions Officer after graduating.

He is a founding member of The Chicago Inclusion Project, which aims to provide resources in the arts for people of color, women, LGBTQ, and people with disabilities.

In a July 2018 Instagram post, he uploaded photos from a wedding that he officiated for friends Bryce Gangel and Will Allan.
