He has worked in real estate management and rehabilitation for over twenty-five years. He has a long history of working alongside the government in rehabilitating properties throughout South Florida.

He is the founder and CEO of Equity Management Partners, a property management company. He also created a rap album in 2020 called Life For Sale: Soundtrack.

He was born and raised in Rockaway, Queens. His son, Ben Mallah II, works alongside him in real estate.
