Ben Miles
ABOUT BEN MILES
English actor who is best known for his roles as Patrick Maitland in the television comedy Coupling, as Montague Dartie in The Forsyte Saga and as Peter Townsend in the Netflix drama The Crown .
He began acting in school productions while attending Tupton Hall School. He pursued it mainly because it allowed him to miss classes. He trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
In 1989, he made his acting debut in the film Getting It Right. He enjoys playing the bass, drums and guitar.
His father is Peter Miles. He is married to Emily Raymond and they have three children.
He starred alongside Claire Foy , Olivia Colman and Dominic West in the series The Crown.
