ABOUT BERNARDO ESPINOSA

Colombian centre-back who spent several seasons with Sevilla FC 's reserves team before making his first-team debut in the year 2011. He went on to play for Sporting de Gijón and Girona, among other clubs. He was named in Colombia's squad for a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Argentina. However, he did not end up playing.

He played youth soccer for Sevilla from the years 2006 to 2008.

He suffered a serious knee injury during the 2015-16 La Liga season. In the year 2017, he attended an Ed Sheeran concert. He is quite tall, standing at 6'4".

He and his wife welcomed twin babies in the year 2023.

Artem Dovbyk became his teammate upon joining Girona.
