She is a member of the Aranetas, a Spanish-Filipino family that is historically influential in the realms of politics, business and religion. She grew up a socialite and a model.
She runs Eden, a line of maternity and nursing clothes designed to grow with a woman's changing form throughout all stages of pregnancy.
She is the daughter of famous socialite Maritess Revilla and Iking Araneta. She married broadcasting heir Juan Elizalde in 2011. Together they have four daughters, Isabeli, Alessi, Siena, and Semira.
She is cousins with chef Margarita Fores .
