Fitness trainer and influencer known for his 8-week training programs including 8 Week Dumbbells, 8 Week Arms, and 8 Week Dumbbells + Bench. In April 2024, he became an official partner with Gym Shark. His fitness content, including in-gym footage, progress photos, and workout tips, have helped him gain a following of over 850,000 on his bigjoegk Instagram account.

He began his fitness career in the year 2014, when he became a personal trainer for Lifetime Fitness. He continued his journey as a certified personal trainer with CrossFit 88 before becoming a business services consultant, and later a corporate health specialist.

In the year 2020, thanks to a successful Go Fund Me fundraiser organized by a friend, he was able to collect enough money to fulfill his dream of competing in Australia. In 2021, he was ranked at #10 amongst CrossFit 88's athletes.
