ABOUT BILLY OWENS

NBA All-Rookie First Team selection in 1992, he played the majority of his 10 NBA seasons for the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings.

He led his Carlisle High School basketball team to four consecutive Pennsylvania state titles.

He won a bronze medal at the 1990 FIBA World Championship playing on the United States national basketball team.

He grew up in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

He was traded to the Golden State Warriors for All-Star shooting guard Mitch Richmond .
