Also called B-Mike, he is best known for his Project Be, an illegal series of graffiti murals depicting African American civil rights leaders. He is also the founder and director of 2-Cent Entertainment LLC.

He began his youth education social enterprise, 2-Cent Entertainment LLC, in 2005.

He was named as one of 20 New Orleans Artists You Should Know by Complex Magazine. He has also been featured on MTV, VH1, and BET.

He moved from California to New Orleans.

Comedian Dave Chappelle 's show was influential in his decision to start 2-Cent Entertainment.
