Screenwriter known primarily for her work on the animated series, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
She started out as a novelist, and published The Dream Palace in 1986.
She had many aliases, including J. Brynne Stephens and Brynne Chandler Reaves.
Her daughter Mallory Reaves was a popular manga writer.
She worked with voice actor Kevin Conroy on the hit series, Batman: The Animated Series.
