She and her brother used to place their toys and action figures into dioramas in their rooms as children, and the activity inspired her later hobbies.

One of her favorite games growing up was Zelda, which is why many of her photos feature characters from that particular game.

He's been married to a man named Kyle and they've shared a cat named Sir Hammerlock and a dog named Scout.

She designed a custom amiibo case for a toy in the likeness of Nintendo host Kit Ellis as a Christmas gift for him in 2017.
