ABOUT CARLOS JIMENEZ

Forward who played professionally in Spanish Leagues from 1994-2012, for both Estudiantes, and Unicaja Malaga.

He was an acclaimed player in school before making his professional debut as an 18-year old.

Immediately following his playing career he began coaching, taking an assistant coaching job at Unicaja Malaga as soon as he retired from the same club.

He was born and raised in Madrid, Spain.

He was captain of the 2008 Olympics silver-medal winning Spain team led by Pau Gasol .
