Public figure who is widely recognized for being the wife of the UK's Prime Minister, Boris Johnson . She was the first unmarried partner to reside at the United Kingdom's government headquarters at 10 Downing Street. She is a senior advisor at Oceana, a charity for ocean conservation.

She studied art history and theater at the University of Warwick.

She worked as a press officer for the Conservative Party. In April of 2022, she came under fire for breaching COVID regulations during the lockdown.

She and Boris Johnson began their relationship in 2018. They welcomed a son named Wilfred together in April 2020. On May 29th, 2021, Symonds married Johnson. On December 9, 2021, they welcomed a daughter named Romy.
