ABOUT CATHERINE DISHER
British-Canadian actress, entertainer, artist, and performer who voiced the character of Jean Grey in X-Men: The Animated Series. She is also known for voicing the character of Jill Valentine in the video game Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.
She attended Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire. She subsequently studied at the National Theatre School of Canada.
She is an animal person. In the year 2010, she won a Gemini Award for her role as Superintendent Maggie Norton in the TV series, The Border. In the year 2024, she voiced the character of Val Cooper in the television series X-Men '97.
She has a son called Darcy Montgomery Smith.
She and fellow Canadian actress Lisa Ryder both appeared in the TV show Forever Knight.
