ABOUT CHANA MAI

Instagram star, online content creator, and social media personality who ultimately grew her following by sharing a wide assortment of content about fitness and working out. She often focuses on both squat and glute workouts.

She studied exercise science at Eastern Kentucky University. She then worked as an exercise physiologist in a hospital. Her interest in fitness began after she experienced a breakup.

Her pet dogs are both named Maple and Mazie. On her YouTube channel, she is often posting a wide assortment of try-on-hauls for gym clothing. Thus far, she has earned her more than 250,000 followers on her chana_mai account.

She is half Vietnamese and half Caucasian. She has three older brothers and a sister.

In 2024 she modeled with Ashleigh Jordan Correll and others for a NVGTN billboard campaign.
