Nail artist known for his celebrity clients, including Khloé Kardashian , Zendaya , Hailey Bieber and Cardi B . He received a "like" from Kylie Jenner in 2016 that caused his Instagram following to soar. He has amassed more than 1.1 million followers on his chaunlegend account.

He was born in a refugee camp in Cambodia. He has an art background and used to do wall murals.

His manicures take up to eight hours to complete, depending on the design. He launched a line of press-on nails with Lottie London. In 2014, he moved to Los Angeles and struggled to make ends meet. He said he barely had any clients and was making only five dollars a day.

He migrated to the United States with his family when he was three years old. His aunts and uncles owned nail salons.

He collaborated with kimkimnails in October 2024, with the pair posting a picture on Instagram dressing up as characters from Beetlejuice for Halloween.
