Country music performer who rose to fame after competing on and winning the 2021 season of ABC's American Idol . He gained more than 50,000 dedicated followers on his chaycebeckhammusic Instagram account. In 2021, he released two original singles.

He performed in a reggae band prior to competing on American Idol. He also worked as a heavy machinery operator.

In late 2020, he was involved in a near fatal car wreck that turned his life upside down. He also plays guitar. By April 2022, his Spotify audience had reached over 1 million monthly listeners. He became the first ever contestant on American Idol to win the title with an original song.

He moved in with his mother and step-father after his car accident.
