ABOUT CHELSEA SMITH

Best known for being the lead pastor for The City Church alongside her husband, Judah Smith . She assumed the position of lead pastor in 2009, with the two officially taking over in 2010.

She had previously co-run the Generational Church, the youth section of The City, alongside her husband. They began their time in that capacity in 1999.

Her father-in-law, Wendell, had founded The City Church in 1992. She and her husband took over as lead pastors following her father-in-law Wendell's death.

She was born and raised within the United States. She married her husband in 2001.

Her husband, Judah , has described working with her as a dream come true in both his professional and personal lives.
