Host of the show Reverse Engineering that airs on the YouTube channel of Bon Appetit. He also served as a deputy food editor of the magazine and worked as a chef.

He was a student at Oberlin College and the French Culinary Institute. He worked at Vogue as a production manager.

He worked in the editorial department of Real Simple. His moroccochris Instagram account has earned more than 380,000 followers.

He was raised in Newton, Massachusetts. He resided in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and two kids.

He made appearances in the Claire Saffitz -hosted series Gourmet Makes.
