ABOUT CHRIS WHYTE

English defender best known for playing with Arsenal, Leeds United, West Bromwich Albion and Birmingham City between the years of 1986 and 2000. He made over 400 appearances in the Football League and the Premier League.

He was a youth player for Arsenal starting  in 1978, and made his first-team debut in 1981.

He was honored as the West Bromwich Albion player of the year in 1989. He won the league title with Leeds United in 1991.
