Eldest biological child of Billy Ray Cyrus and half-brother of pop star Miley Cyrus and actress Noah Cyrus .
His mother, Kristin Luckey, had a brief relationship with Billy Ray when she was a waitress in South Carolina; but the two split by the time he was born.
He attended Law School at the University of Texas.
He has three half-siblings on his father's side and two step siblings from his step mother.
His step siblings Brandi and Trace Cyrus are both older than he is.
