Defender who joined the San Jose Earthquakes in 2013 after earning 60 caps for Brondy IF between 2011 and 2013.
He played three seasons with the University of Maryland before making his professional debut in 2003.
He scored four goals in his first 35 appearances with the U.S. national team.
He married Kelsey Dawson on January 31, 2009.
He joined Landon Donovan on the U.S. national team's senior squad in 2008.
