ABOUT COACH FRANKIE

Fitness instructor who is known for being the founder of Just Gym It, a fitness and nutrition consultancy. He is also known for sharing lifestyle photos mixed with fitness and workout related content to his Instagram where he has over 260,000 followers.

After earning his degree in International Business and Management, he began sharing fitness related content to his Instagram in March of 2013.

He runs an online web series through YouTube entitled Alpha Beta where he shares lifestyle and fitness videos with his family for his over 20,000 subscribers.

He was born and raised in Kenya. He also posts pictures with his wife and sons to his Instagram.
