Actor best known for playing Rufus Whedon in the drama series Locke & Key . He has also appeared in Speechless and The Good Doctor .
He was diagnosed with autism at the age of five.
He trained with Los Angeles theater company The Miracle Project, a theater program for children and teens on the autism spectrum.
He performed The Beatles ' " Hey Jude " as a child and he said his parents were "bawling their eyes out."
His costars on Locke & Key included Connor Jessup and Emilia Jones .
