ABOUT CORNELIUS LUCAS

Veteran NFL offensive lineman that was first signed by the Detroit Lions as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2014. He later signed a multi-year deal with the Washington Commanders in March 2022. He has also played for the Los Angeles Rams , New Orleans Saints and Chicago Bears during his NFL career.

Previously, he played college football at Kansas State University . While at Kansas State, he was twice named a member of the second team All-Big 12.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Carolina Panthers during week two of the 2014 regular season. He and his team lost the game 24-7.

Growing up, he lived with his mother, Priscilla, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

He played alongside Taylor Heinicke as a member of the Commanders during the 2022 NFL season.
