Curtis Whitley
ABOUT CURTIS WHITLEY
Former NFL center that was drafted by the San Diego Chargers during the fifth round of the 1992 NFL Draft. During his six-year NFL career he played for the Chargers, Carolina Panthers and the Oakland Raiders before retiring in 1997.
Prior to being drafted, he attended Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
He played in exactly 72 games during his NFL career.
He is survived by his son, Curtis, and his daughter, Hannah.
He played alongside Kerry Collins as a member of the Panthers during the 1995 season.
