ABOUT DANI CASTRO
Chilean author and chef who is known for having published the book 500 Recipes and Tips in 500 Characters which features a diverse collection of recipes ranging from vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. She shares additional food and modeling photos through her Instagram for her over 1 million followers.
She gained attention after becoming the first winner of the MasterChef Chile competition. She then went on to publish her first recipe book in June of 2017.
She is also an ambassador for several brands including The Hippie Project, Caro Criado, and Kotex Chile which she promotes through her Instagram.
She has a sister who helped inspire her passion for cooking as well as her father who often made scambled eggs with ham and cheese for breakfast.
